Director Pip Thompson has over 20 years of experience in the mining, construction, oil and gas sectors, equipping him with a strong understanding of the challenges and support systems required for workers living away from home. This experience underpins our commitment to not only placing Indigenous workers in meaningful employment but also ensuring they are supported holistically—socially, culturally, and professionally.
